Therapeutic Approach
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a warm environment where you feel welcomed, safe, and accepted so that we can explore together whatever may have brought you to therapy. While I provide an integrated therapeutic approach to make sure I am meeting your individual and unique needs, at the core of my work is the Person Centered approach where I strive to help my clients feel seen, heard, and validated throughout every step of the counseling process. We will work collaboratively together to develop a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
